Tape Simulator
Tape Simulator is a sampled vintage reel to reel tape machine.
It can be used to simulate your track running on a tape machine, by adding the authentic noise types found when recording to tape. Noise types include hum, white noise and tape volume. Layering such noise types under your track will add an organic textural layer that is naturally more pleasing to the ear and true.
Recorded using a Fostex B-16 (1/2″ tape). All samples are recorded in 24bit/44,100kHz wav.
