SoundEditor

does not offer all the advanced functions of some of the other audio editor available, but does work extremely quickly and has the added bonus of working straight after downloading, without having to install the software to the Windows registry. It does not support VST plugins and so lacks expandability of effects, but does include a basic wave synthesizer, resampling, filters, sound recorder and fading amongst othr standard functions  SoundEditor.exe does’nt need any installation or accessory. Download it and double-click. That’s all!
